Tyler Van Dyke

CFB Spotlight: Tyler Van Dyke Shines in Win Over Aggies

Tyler Van Dyke has been one of our favorite sleeper first rounders ever since we watched his film. He was off to a great start last year before injuring his shoulder and missing time.Even when he returned he never seemed the same. After an average first game, he erupted against 23rd ranked Texas A&M.

Van Dyke finished the day going 21/30 for 374 yards and 5 Touchdowns. He led the Hurricanes to a 48-33 win, becoming the first player in Miami history to throw 5 DTs against an AP top 25 team. You can see our draft profile of him here. We really feel as though he is a first round talent with a floor of Day 2, and he started on this path today with an all time performance in Miami history.
