The Colorado Buffalos “upset” TCU in Deon Sanders’s coaching debut. I have upset in quotations because I did not feel TCU was or is going to be a serious competitor this year given how much they lost to the draft. However, that does not take away from what Colorado did. A 45-42 win against a ranked opponent is exactly that, a win. One of the biggest reasons for that is former No. 1 recruit, Travis Hunter. Known to play both sides of the ball and play them well, he just had himself a game that has almost no comparison.
Hunter had a ridiculous amount of snaps played and was productive on both sides.

• 119 Receiving Yards
• 1 INT
• 1 Pass deflection (near INT)
• 3 Tackles
• 64 Snaps on offense
• 80 Snaps on defense pic.twitter.com/lyBEkcsVfZ
The full season projections for snaps played appears almost alien. If there were ever a comparable to Shohei Ohtani in any other sport, it is Travis Hunter. It is unknown if his body will be able to hold up over a full season with this kind of usage, but for the sport and fans I sure hope he can. This could be the marquee season for a 2-way player in football right before our eyes.
