Graded Wide Receiver Traits:
- Durability: 6/10 (Missed season with an undisclosed injury and has yet to have heavy usage at the college level. Will be interesting to see how he holds up at the next level)
- Hands: 8/10 (A natural hands catcher who has the occasional concentration drop. However he is great extending his catch radius and making highlight catches)
- Release: 6/10 (Has good moves to get off the line but as never truly jammed to see if he can play through)
- RAC Ability: 7/10 (Pretty good at making people miss. Decently elusive without being a joystick)
- Route Running: 6/10 (Can run all the routes but he needs to learn sharper cuts and selling different movements. He also looks to push off contact way too much)
- Speed: 6/10 (Looks to have pretty decent speed, it may even be better than this as he could run a surprising time at the combine)
- Strength: 8/10 (Extremely stocky for 5’10. He is 215 pounds and it shows. He plays through contact and is hard to bring down)
- Versatility: 8/10 (Played all over the field for Penn State. He may primarily be in the slot, but he has the release and speed to play on the outside on occasion. He also took snaps out of the backfield)
Prospect Grade: 55/80; 69% (Starter Potential)
Projected Draft Day: Late 2

Player Summary:
Washington is stocky and he sticks out because of this. His frame packs a good amount of power that, pared with his elusiveness, makes him a great YAC prospect. His speed is good, not great, as is his route running. However his hands are reliable and his versatility suggests a primary slot who can line up outside, out of the backfield, or be used as a return man
