Arizona Cardinals
Blake Whiteheart, TE, Wake Forest
- Whiteheart was our deep sleeper tight end. Usage was almost non existing at Wake Forest but jumped really well and seemed to have a lot of untapped potential.
Baltimore Ravens
Keaton Mitchell, RB, ECU
- Mitchell is a spark plug. In no way is he a feature back but he is electric in open field and can be a gadget for Baltimore.
Carolina Panthers
Jalen Redmond, DT, Oklahoma
- For all of the hype he was getting pre draft we are very surprised he was not drafted. He is raw but has a lot of athletic upside.
Bumper Pool, LB, Arkansas
Cleveland Browns
Ronnie Hickman, S, Ohio State
- We were lower on Hickman than most(or so we thought). We had our concerns about Hickman, but never did we think he’d be a UDFA. He was one of our gem safeties we thought would go in Rounds 3 or 4. This is unbelievable value for the Browns. Hickman will more than likely be a backup in his rookie year, which is a great situation for him.
Dallas Cowboys
Hunter Luepke, FB/RB, NDSU
- Luepke was a draft crush of ours. He was listed as a full back but ran for almost 1000 yards and had a 40 in the 4.5s at 230 pounds. Dallas has a lack of depth at the running back position and are notably missing a power back. He could stick.
Isaiah Land, LB/EDGE, Florida A&M
- Land is one of those tweener propsects. He was an edge at Florida A&M and actually had 19 sacks in 2021. At the Senior Bowl they played his as an off-ball LB. In case anyone forgot, the Cowboys have arguably the best tweener LB in the NFL in Micah Parsons. Land is the perfect backup for Parsons and Parsons is the perfect mentor for Land. Love the fit.
Detroit Lions
Mohamed Ibrahim, RB, Minnesota
- There is a good chance his knees dropped him in the medical check, because he is a violent runner reminiscent of Pierce last year that should find a way to make it on a roster or dominate the XFL.
Brandon Joseph, S, Notre Dame
Houston Texans
Xazavian Valladay, RB, ASU
- His age probably cost him getting drafted as his skills alone suggest every down back in the NFL. He got more signing bonus than any 6th or 7th rounder so it is worth taking that into account. Houston is missing a pass catching back in the room.
Miami Dolphins
Chris Brooks, RB, BYU
- There is a theme here of our sleepers at the position being good signings. Brooks is a massive back who is punishing. Miami does not have this type of back in their room currently so he could find a roll.
Minnesota Vikings
Andre Carter II, EDGE, Army
- Wow he has fallen far. From getting first round murmurs to undrafted. Carter was overhyped but still should have been worth a draft pick. It will be interesting to see if he is able to make the roster.
Ivan Pace Jr., LB, Cincinnati
- Parts of Pace’s game needs to be cleaned up, and we suspect that development mixed with size is why he fell to being an UDFA. We think Pace brings value as a special teamer as well as a 3rd down backer with started potential. This is a great value signing for a team who released one of the best LBs in the NFL earlier this offseason.
New York Giants
Bryce Ford Wheaton, WR, WVU
- The Giants got a steal in the third with Hyatt, and a steal in UDFA with Wheaton. His testing was similar to Metcalf with this size and we are shocked no one took a day 3 flyer on him. Is he raw, absolutely, but he is a matchup nightmare in theory and not many with his size an athleticism profile are available in the NFL let alone in UDFA.
New York Jets
Travis Dye, RB, USC
Philadelphia Eagles
Joseph Ngata, WR, Clemson
- Philly had a need at WR and did not really address it at all this offseason, yet they get a great dart throw in UDFA. Former top recruit that did not quite workout at Clemson (A growing theme we may add).
Ben VanSumeren, LB, Michigan State
Eli Ricks, CB, Alabama
- Talk about a fall from grace. Ricks was a possible top 10 pick in projections before the season started.
San Francisco 49ers
Avery Young, S, Rutgers
D’Shawn Jamison, CB, Texas
Seattle Seahawks
Holton Ahlers, QB, ECU
- We are not sure if we realistically expected Ahlers to get drafted or not. But he was better than ones drafted late like Hall and McKee. Plus he is a lefty so that is cool. We are shocked Miami did not get him as a backup to Tua.
Jake Bobo
- Bobo is not a great receiver, but good be a decent tight end. Expect him to be converted and maybe practice squaded while he develops.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Sean Tucker, RB, Syracuse
- The reports that Tucker rubbed teams the wrong way in interviews had to have been true. Because Tucker should have been drafted. He seemed like a day 3 back that could quickly carve out a pass catching roll at the next level. Time will tell if he got humbled.
Kaevon Merriweather, S, Iowa
Christian Izien, S, Rutgers
Jeremy Banks, LB, Tennessee
- We suspect Banks went undrafted more so for the fact that he has character and off-the-field issues more so than his play. We thought he could be a late Day 2- Early Day 3 pick on his play alone. He joins a room that has two of the best in the league in Devin White and Lavonte David, who can hopefully help keep him in line. Don’t be surprised if Banks is competing for a starting spot in a year or two.
Ronnie Brown, RB, Shepard
- Our deep sleeper at running back was Brown. We are not surprised he was undrafted but there is some real skill here. We hope he cracks the roster.
Tennessee Titans
Jacob Copeland, WR, Maryland
- Copeland is not someone we were in love with. But he has decent size and athleticism. Given the Titans weakness at wide receiver he could make it.
Caleb Murphy, EDGE, Ferris State
- Another D2 player that had gaudy production and we were rooting for. We did not love his tape but again we hope he is able to make it and Tennessee seems pretty good at developing late round and undrafted defenders.
Washington Commanders
Kazmeir Allen, RB, UCLA
- Allen’s average testing probably hurt him from his pro day in a monsoon. But he is perfect as an understudy to Curtis Samuel. They are similar players (in style not skill) and could be insurance should Samuel’s injury woes continue.
