Baker is one of the biggest surprises for us at the position. He was second in the Big 12 in receiving and that was with backup quarterback play at varying points of the season. He has some of the best hands in this class and excels at adjusting to bad throws to catch the ball away from his body. He is very good after the catch and is hard to bring down in one on one situations. He is not a top flight athlete but has more than enough speed to pair with good route running to win at the NFL level. He has WR1 potential in our eyes. He is very similar to Rashee Rice in our opinion, maybe even a tad faster.
