The Positives

• Shows good power to move the piles
• Can be a receiving asset
• Not afraid to lower the shoulder
• Best athletic testing at the combine

The Negatives

• Bounces too many runs outside
• Never able to truly take over a backfield in college
• Does not have a ton of creativity or moves when running 
• Stiff at times shifting direction
• Despite impressive 40 time he does not accelerate all that quickly (evidenced by his 10 yd split)

Guerendo’s insane combine caused us to take a second look. On first watching, we saw a RB that does not do much to make people miss but could be an asset in the receiving game. Upon further review, this holds true but with an impressive athletic profile to match. Guerendo is much more likely to try to run through a tackler than juke them out or make them miss. He is too stiff on cuts to be lethal, but his size and speed should be enticing for teams as should his motor. There is a lot of Isiah Pacheco in him with play style. Both are hard nosed runners with great speed that play slower than measured, but do not look fun to tackle.
