There’s a lot to like with Rising’s game. He has a super quick release that does not cause a reduction in arm strength. He is a plus athlete and underrated as a runner. However, he is old for prospect and his lower body does not always sync up with his arm. He panics too much in pressure and does not progress through reads nearly fast enough. He is very similar to Matt Corral coming out of Ole Miss and we expect him to be drafted in a similar range.
