  1. Stetson Bennett, QB, Georgia
  2. Devon Achane, RB, Texas A&M
  3. Deonte Banks, CB, Maryland

Our Broncos Ideal Offseason Plans/Thoughts:

  • We really like Javonte Williams, but it could be beneficial for Williams (Coming off injury) and the success of Russ and the offense as a whole if they brought in a complimentary back to Williams. Devon Achane could be a nice fit in Denver’s backfield
  • The priority on the offensive line needs to be bringing back guard Dalton Risner. Risner is a quality starter and keeping the cohesiveness of the offensive line should be prioritized. It is finally time for the Broncos to address the RT position. Turner and Fleming are not long term answers. Russ got sacked 55 times this year(T-1st)… fix the problem! Everyone knew Russell Wilson’s line in Seattle was bad, yet somehow he got sacked more this season than he did in any single season in Seattle.
  • Dre’Mont Jones needs to be re-signed. He’s been an important, consistent, and versatile part of the Broncos front seven. Non-Negotiable!
  • Singleton had yet another 100 tackle season, but he is a free agent. Jewell had a pretty good statistical season as well. We like Jonas Griffith, but he is also a free agent. In our minds re-signing Griffith should be a priority. They could also use an upgrade or at the very least a depth signing at the inside linebacker position. The Broncos used to have one of the best ILB duos in the league with Danny Trevathan and Brandon Marshall. They need to stop settling for average, and get back to the days of top tier LB play. Kyzir White is coming off another strong season in Philly and will be a free agent, look for White to be a potential target.
  • In the secondary the Broncos could use a starting CB across from Surtain. The thought of a veteran here makes more sense than a rookie. Marcus Peters could slide into the CB2 spot here nicely. Darby isn’t bad, but he could be upgraded and become one of the better CB3s. At safety we like Caden Sterns, but we feel like he’s more in the mold of a FS like Simmons. They are missing a presence at the SS spot, and Mike Edwards from Tampa could be a solid and lower-cost option for them.
