These are our 2023 NFL Draft Day 2 Winners and Losers. This is not a complete list and we had a requirement that teams needed to make at least 2 picks to qualify.

Winners

Chicago Bears

Chicago continues to impress with incredible drafting and personnel moves. Ryan Poles keeps showing how good he is at his job.

Los Angeles Rams

The Rams have need all over the place so almost any pick would have been good ones. However they have continued to draft well and smart with good selections.

Arizona Cardinals

Arizona has drafted very smart and new GM Monti Ossenfort has started his tenure impressively for a team that has been so bad.

Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have not made any odd selections in anyway and instead have made all the right moves. Downs and Brents were massive needs for the team and great values.

Denver Broncos

Sanders was incredible value for the Broncos and so was Marvin Mims. Seems with the Mims selection that they will be moving one of their current receivers despite saying otherwise.

New York Giants

Schmitz and Hyatt were amazing picks for a team that had those two needs. Hyatt especially was a great selection for the third round.

Kansas City Chiefs

Rice was one of our favorite receivers in the second group and then to get Wanya Morris is the icing on the cake.

Losers

Los Angeles Chargers

We just hate what the Chargers are doing in this draft. Reaching on both of their day 2 picks multiple rounds early. We do not expect either to have much of an impact for some time.

Seattle Seahawks

Settle bypassed interior pass rush for an explosive pass rusher who will not see the field much for at least one season. Then they took Charbonnet which just does not make sense. Unless Walker has an arthritic knee or something it just highly questionable.

San Francisco 49ers For Taking a Kicker

It isa shame because we absolutely love their other two picks. But taking a kicker in the first 3 rounds is unforgivable. It is just awful. They are not full losers on the day but for taking a kicker it has to be mentioned.

New England Patriots for taking the most miserable person ever to be drafted

New England had a good day two. And Keion White screams Patriot. However, when they showed him after being picked we do not know that we have ever seen a prospect look more unhappy in the NFL Draft.
